You must look up for the list of colleges of Delhi and Mumbai that are of your interest, and check if they have got any entrance exam for further level of studies that you wish to pursue. If not, you may have to go through the minimum eligibility criteria specified by that university. Eg. IIT Bombay has got a course of M.Sc Chemistry to offer, but needs an entrance exam and a minimum eligibility criteria for admissions. Browse and filter out the list of universities and check your eligibility criteria fitness into them.

Try for IIST or IISC, Bangalore, because by doing Bachelor's degree from here, you can directly get to ISRO or DRDO like big government organization. So, go for JEE Main and try to get the rank below 300, if you belong to general category for aeronautical engineering or if you are unable to achieve, then go for IIT or IIIT only for aeronautical engineering.

All theoretical subjects would be there and those which are practical, in examination for those also theory questions would be given to you mostly & you would be thinking why I have made so much efforts in doing practical when it is much more easy to attempt theoretical one. In exams mostly straightforward questions would be given to you which you can crack only by studying 3- 4 days diligently from last year paper book & to your surprise you would score very good. No case studies, no application of brain even if cram the answer it would become m

Both the fields are very good. Both, of them CS and designing have very vast scope. I think you should choose designing, because your interest lies in it. Further, as the studies goes on depth burden of study increases. And, at that time if you are not interested in it, then you can loose your concentration. And, that will directly affect your future. So, you should opt for subject you are interested in.
