To pursue B.Tech in agriculture, you should clear the Agriculture Entrance Exam like ICAR AIEEA and other state Entrance Exams like JCECE BCECE KCET KEAM etc. And various private Institutions also have their Entrance exam for Agriculture such as LPU-NEST BVP CET SAAT etc. After clearing the desired Entrance exam you will be able to take admissions in some of the best Institutions of our country.

I feel, there are no cheapest countries and the cheapest university. Every university has its own value and recognition, as Hritwik Anand suggested GMAT yes it is the best option to study MBA abroad, depending on the score you will have various options to study country wise.
