If you have a good profile, you can stand a chance to get a scholarship from the university abroad. They are usually on merit basis. Banks in India like SBI, PNB etc. also provide education loan which you can repay after you get a job in 15 to 22 years. Besides, there are organizations like Aga Khan Scholarship, Mahindra Trust Scholarship to study abroad.

For IIT, you must be in the top 20 percentile of boards and as far as I know for RBSE board, you should have above 75%.
After that, you have to crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced paper to get into an IIT.

You are eligible for SGSITS, IET DAVV with your favourite branch. These colleges have very good placement records with high packages. You will definitely get a seat here.
Also, you can try for Jabalpur Engineering College which is also a government college and has a good placement record.
