You can fill the form of Delhi University and if you have scored good marks, you can easily get admission in DU colleges, otherwise, private colleges are also available for B.Com.

If you have any quota then you have chances to get admission in DU colleges, otherwise, take admission in private colleges.

It is not very appropriate, but you can go for that. Let me tell you something that if you don't have a Master's degree basically in Arts, Commerce and Science, you will not be given preference when it comes to the matter of job.

2018 cut-off has still not been declared. But the cut-off usually ends between 91-96% for general category. You may check 2017 cut-off to get some idea.

The University of Delhi will start announcing DU 2018 cutoff lists from June 19, 2018. With your marks, you should be able to secure admission in the first two cut-off lists in Hansraj College, Delhi.
