Yes, you can easily get into a private engineering college or other stream colleges by either clearing a particular state exams where class 12th percentage criteria is 40% or 50%, or simply by management quota if you have money. Extra information to keep in mind before joining:

For doing B.Tech in Rajasthan, it all depends which college you are joining. UPES is a nice college, it has a very good record of placement and its infrastructure is also quite good and having good facilities. In Rajasthan also, there are good colleges, but all the colleges are not good. So it all depends which college you are joining. UPES has 18 specializations in Computer Science and in India there are very less colleges which provides specialization. So you can join UPES also. It is a nice college.

You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
It is very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.

I have some of my friends in DTU whose rank was about 70000 and category OBC.
So yes, there are fair chances of you to get admitted in DTU.

You have a good score which is sufficient to get you a seat at Anna University. But the competition is too high and so your chances are unpredictable. Try your best by applying for it.
