You can do Diploma in Fashion Designing or even as in you have done B.Sc, so you can even pursue M.Sc. In fashion designing which is a two-year course.

You should apply for JEE NCHM-CT entrance exam for IHMs and score a good rank to choose great instituties.

India has many fashion designing colleges. NIFT, INIFD and International School of Design are among the best ones in India. All the best.

It hardly matters. Even if you fail once you can practise and prepare better for the next time and appear again. There's no Specific number of attempts mentioned by DGCA.
