Yes, JNU Delhi conduct entrance exam for B.Sc Hons. It is mandatory to qualify there entrance exam to get admission in JNU Delhi. So, you must focus on their entrance exam.

SRM provides top placements, top faculty members as well as good infrastructure but the university fee is very high. If you choose economically, then DTU will be the best. DTU also provides good placements.

With this marks, you can't get a good college at all. You can only get any private college, which will take you a large amount of money. You can try in any college who only give admission on the basis of their entrance exam. You can try to get admission there. Good luck.

Yes sure, definitely one can do post-graduation from the country of his/her choice. You need to contact the college and check for the prerequisites for the programme you wish to join, and if you meet all the requirements, you can go ahead and apply for the same. However, mere meeting the admission requirements doesn't guarantee admission. Meeting the minimum requirements makes one eligible to apply. There are 300 scholarships put aside for the State Merit scholarship. The eligibility of this scholarship is postgraduate and undergraduate students. The selection of the candidate for State Merit Scholarship is based on the Merit list, submitted by the Board of Intermediate and the concerned university. The selected candidates will get Rs. 50.00 per month for the First year, Rs. 75.00 per month for Second and Third year for the undergraduate courses and Rs. 100.00 per month for postgraduate courses. The candidate is eligible for this scheme, if their parents per annum income should not exceed Rs. Six Thousand (6000/-).

Law colleges in the state have reserved 15% seats for students from outside the state. But, most of these students aspire for a select few colleges ILS Law College in Pune and Government Law College (GLC) in Mumbai. Ashok Yende, in-charge director at University Law School at MU suggested the state should increase the quota to accommodate more students from outside the state.
