The requirement for an hons. Background will depend on the college and the course you are taking up for M.Sc. There is no general rule for the requirement of hons. For further study. Although you may check the same for colleges you want to apply for.

SPA Delhi does not consider NATA. It takes the admission through JEE Main paper 2 for B.Arch programme.
