Yes, you can apply.And there is no pattern you should fill the form again for the exam . You just have to do one thing that is while filling the form you should mark the column of reappearing.

The minimum criteria one has to fulfill in order to pursue a course in biotechnology is listed below. You can check for your eligibility regarding this course from the criteria mentioned below:
1) A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at both Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary (classes X and XII) levels.
2) Biology, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects at 10+2 level, with a minimum aggregate score of 60%in these three.

You need to study atleast for one year a postgraduate Diploma or a Masters which is for two years in the country where you want to work and then you can apply there for the job there itself when you get a work permit.
