One exam is for Karnataka and the other one is for West Bengal. Which exam you want to give, should be decided by where you want to pursue your degree. Now, both are good and different. There can't be a comparison stating the better one.

I would like to suggest you the 'Christ University-Bangalore' as the first preffered option. Else you can choose Alliance University or the University of Chennai.
