Indian Institute of Printing and Packaging Technology provides a ragging-free and safe campus environment for its students. The institution has established an Anti-Ragging Cell to prevent and address any instances of ragging. All the areas of the academic blocks, hostels and mess are under 24/7 camera surveillance. The institute takes strict action against anyone found guilty of ragging, including abetting ragging or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging.

Candidates can get into the Indian Institute of Printing and Packaging Technology for a BBA course based on merit. If the candidate fulfil the eligibility criteria for a specific chosen course, then it is not difficult to get into IIPPT. The eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA course is that the candidate should have passed Class 12  with a 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST).

To get admission to the BCA course at Indian Institute of Printing and Packaging Technology, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed Class 12 with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) in the relevant stream. Admission to this course is merit-based. Candidates who do not meet the last educational qualification set by the college are not eligible for BCA admission.
