For candidates belonging to the OBC category under the AI quota, the IIT BHU JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 varied between 528 and 6900 for admission to the BTech course across multiple specialisations. The cutoff ranks vary for different courses, rounds, categories, and quotas. Tabulated below are the JEE Advanced first and last-round closing ranks of BTech for the OBC AI category students. 

To be eligible for the M.Tech programme at IIT BHU the aspiring candidates need to have a minimum of 60% in BTech. Aspirants with a score equal to or more than the cutoff also have to go through a counselling round. Once selected, aspirants have to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

In order to get admission into BTech programme of IIT (BHU), a candidate should have passed Class12 with a minimum of 75 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They have to as well pass the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. Selection and JoSAA counselling is done by JEE Advanced rank. Counselling is only an option to those who meet all the criteria.
