For students in the General AI category seeking admission to the BTech in CSE, the JEE Advanced last round cutoff ranks observed fluctuating trend over three years. The IIT BHU JEE Advanced last round closing rank was 1079 in 2023, which decreased to 1071 in 2024. The cutoff rank then increased to 1489 in 2025 for the General AI category students. The cutoff for IIT BHU 2023 admissions is no longer relevant June 2024 ia going on. IIT admissions typically happen once a year, and the cutoff marks are valid for that specific year's admissions process.

According to the IIT BHU cutoff 2023, the closing ranks were  3358 and 3534, for the General AI category as per the first and last rounds.  BTech in  Electrical Engineering admission at IIT BHU is done through the JEE Advanced rank, followed by the JoSSA counselling process.
