At the postgraduate level, the Indian Law Institute Delhi offers a one-year LLM course to students. The university also provides PhD, one-year PG Diploma, and other certificate courses to students. Indian Law Institute LLM degree admissions are based on the following eligibility criteria:

  • A Law degree from a foreign university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per AIU Guidelines

The other option is mentioned below

  • LLB degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any university/institute which is recognised by the Bar Council of India to be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India
