ILI offers admission on basis of an entrance test conducted by ILI Delhi.Competition is moderate for 60 seats of PG Diploma in Cyber law.

ILI is an institute for higher studies in law, I. e. for LL. M. and Ph.D. It does not have LL.B. Apart from that, there are four Diploma courses that are open to even non-law graduates. ILI does not have a placement cell in place for people pursuing Diploma as it is essentially a part time course. C

Admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Programs shall be made on merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Minimum qualification for admission to the PG Diploma programmes is a Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
