No, you cannot join the Indian Maritime University, Chennai-Mumbai Campus MERI directly. Admissions to the Indian Maritime University and its campuses, including the Chennai-Mumbai Campus MERI, are done through the Common Entrance Test (CET) . Indian citizens are not eligible for direct admission, so you cannot get the application form from the Mumbai campus of the Indian Maritime University.
