With this rank in JEE Mains, you won't get a seat in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for women. Actually, your rank is very high. Even your OBC NCL category won't be of any help to you. You won't get a seat in any government college. So, I would suggest you go for private engineering colleges in Delhi.

As per the college website, yes Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women is for women's only.
