JIIT Noida is best among the colleges you have listed due to better exposure and very good placements, over the years it has evolved very much resulting in securing 54th position in latest NIRF ranking.

You should look for Vaishnav Vidyapeeth College. I think it is the best option for you.

Both the cities have large number of colleges offering B.Sc in CS. These are affiliated to the connected universities. I feel you can proceed with admission in either of the cities.
