Which college will admit you is very hard to answer. You also did not specify the country. You can check the university websites for admission requirements. They also mention the average GRE scores of admitted students in recent years so you will have an idea.

M.Tech is the course to do for getting placement. But unfortunately, as per survey done by AICTE, almost 25% students do not get job. May be you can learn foreign language.
