This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case, you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research/academics/coding/ analytics/big data area, then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management, MBA is better.

No, you have to take Maths at 10+2 level to pursue BCA course but as you are not eligible to apply for BCA, so choosing Maths at BCA level is not now possible.
