Yes, you can get admission on 12th basis.
LLB. Eligibility:
Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes, you may be pursuing a B.Sc. In IT. The basic criteria for pursuing B.Sc. IT is qualifying is 10 + 2 exam with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths.

The NIMCET is a Common Entrance National Level Test, conducted by any of the NITs, for admission in to their MCA programme. The MCA programme is offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal. The admission into the MCA programme for the year 2019-20 in above 10 NITs is based on the Rank obtained in NIMCET-2019 only. IP University also takes students from NIMCET for admission in MCA programme and conducts own counselling. While HCU conducts own entrance test and counselling for MCA programme.
