BCA is a course with same syllabus as that of IPU or any other university, nobody can judge how good a faculty can be, because in colleges everything depends upon students only. Moreover, you will have to pursue a master degree after BCA. So, it really doesn't matter that how good is amity or any other college.

Since you haven't got a job in 3 years, I would suggest you change fields and opt for something that interests you and complements your skillset.

For any engineering college admissions you need a JEE Mains score or specific state level exam's score. 12th percentages doesn't matter much now a days.

Yes, it is possible, you can take NOC from your college and take admission in 2nd year.

NIOS marksheet and passing certificate is required.

Most of the colleges in Gujarat accepts CMAT for MCA admission. There are few more colleges, but you would have to check individually.

Inter changing courses under the same university or different universities might not be possible. , But you can change between colleges for the same course. But it's a complicated procedure. You would have to get approval from both colleges/ universities. I would suggest you get in touch with your colleges administration.
