As per my knowledge, course fees may be 30,000-35,000. Yes, you have to pay admission and exam fee also.

MCA (Lateral) at Manipal Institute of Technology is a two years program. The eligibility criteria is Pass with a BCA or BSc (CS / IT) from a recognized university, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent.
Admission criteria: Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2019. Candidates with consistent academic performance will be given additional weightage while preparing rank list.
Course fee: Rs 340000 + 10000(Caution deposit)
Further IGNOU offers minimum 3 years duration MCA program through distance mode the eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3
