Admission to M.Tech in Polymer, Materials Science & Technology and Microelectronics and ME programme is done on the basis of CET PG conducted by the university. Admission to M.Tech in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology and Instrumentation is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Students who have passed Master's Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for the reserved category) are considered eligible to join M.Phil. And Ph.D. course. Though you had 80% in computer but it might affect your admissions, because you need at least 50% in boards. But, you can give the entrance exams and achieve your goals. Best of luck buddy for your future.
