BCA is much better as compared to B.Sc. Because, B.Sc is a general course whereas BCA is a technical course. Getting a job after BCA is relatively easy as compared to B.Sc. As you are not able to pursue B.Tech, then you'll have to work much harder on developing skills and knowledge while pursuing BCA in order to achieve a good career with nice salary package. Later entry is not possible in BCA course. If you want to pursue BCA then you'll have to take admission into BCA from the first year.

Hello,
Mechatronics is not purely electronics or instrumentation. This involves both the streams mechanical and electronics. No doubt this will be useful for robotics. But keep in mind you have to clear all the basic concepts of mechanical and electronics in this field. Good luck.

If you want to work in IT Sector, and you are from Science Stream, then you should go for B.Tech in IT or CSE. B.Tech should be your top priority if you want to enter IT Sector or Engineering. If you are from Commerce/Arts Stream and wants to enter into IT Industry then you can do BCA+MCA, as your Graduation and Master degree.

BCA is an Under Graduation degree course and MBA & MCA are Master's Course. If you are interested in learning more about IT sector and want to work in IT Industry in future then go for MCA if you want to work as a manager in future, then go for MBA. Both of these courses have scope if you have the desired skills.

Candidates must be an Indian citizen. Students with BE/B Tech or, equivalent from a recognized University can take the exam. Also B.Sc. / B.Sc (Hons.). / BCA / BIT graduates can apply. Mathematics, Statistics or any Equivalent subject from a recognized University can also apply.
