Hi Arjun,
After BCA, the probable choice is MS or PG Diploma in software engineering, web design, gaming, cloud computing, animation and many more. The courses to study is you must know. First you may decide what you like to study further, analyse why, what your interests are. Sorry to say but no one else can tell you what to study because its your future in question so you have to know it yourself. You can look here for colleges:

B.Sc IT is a self-financed course so the fees is somewhat between 20 to 25k. But since you belong to SC category you'll get concession. Some good colleges for B.Sc IT are Sathaye, Patkar, Jai Hind, Ruparel, St. Xavier's, Wilson and many more. Do some research and check all the colleges providing this course.

I would say Amity Noida is much better, in addition, you can also check for Lovely Professional University and GLA university as they also offer much dynamic and placement oriented courses. Check for their scholarship programme.
