The decision would depend on your long-term career goals. In case you intend to pursue a career on the technical /programming side then MCA will be more suitable. In case, you intend to explore a career in general management then an MBA would be more effective.

Both are good but Thakur College of Science and Commerce is better. Thakur College of Science and Commerce is NAAC Accredited with 'A' Grade and an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute. Abhinav College of Science and Commerce is also good. You got PCM in Thakur and IT in Abhinav then you choose in which subjects you want to do B.Sc. Thakur is good. Abhinav is Good. But Thakur is better. Now, it depends on the subjects you want.

There no such thing as BCA tuition. You can search for tuition at your place where you live. Do you want to learn online? If so, you can do the subject wise study.

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Master of Computer Application (M. C. A. ) Degree Course must have passed with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of backward class candidates) in any Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination.
