B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course, whereas, B.Scn and BCA are not professional but are simple/ regular degrees. These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. Yes, the information Science engineering is same as information technology in VTU, Belagum affiliated colleges. In Karnataka, Information Technology is called as information Science only, and there is a bit variation in syllabus of IT and ISE, but overall it's same. Hope it helps.

Yes, mechatronics is a stream which complies for electronics, mechanical and computer science. Hence, Mechatronics deals with robotics as well.
