It is obvious you will be benefited if you choose Master's degree i.e. MCA after your graduation in BCA. It will increase your chances for employability. Then there are other options as well like MBA and MCM. But to increase your chances to get your desired job post you will need relevant skills and more importantly hands-on experience. B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course whereas B.Sc. is not professional but it is a simple degree.
