You have to fill the form for MCA examination taken by IGNOU officially!
You can download the application from the university website. www.ignou.ac.in
Eligibility:-
Any Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 year duration from a recognised university and mathematics as on of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level!

Yes! You can take admission into BCA course! There are so many colleges in every state that provide BCA. It depends upon you which city or state u will prefer to do BCA.

Dear,
The percentage of marks varies from Institute to Institute. If you get 50% or more in +2 Science, you can apply for BCA in most of the Institutes provided other eligibility criteria is fulfilled. But, some Institutes keep 60% in +2 board exam, as minimum eligibility criteria. Best wishes.
