I can speak to the advantages of pursuing your business education in Canada.
1) Reputation - Most premier business schools in Canada - Schulich, Rotman, Ivey, Queen's (to name a few) are very well respected by Canadian employers and globally for the quality of education offered. You will see ranking agencies such as Forbes, Economist, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times consistently rank these schools amongst the top 100 in the world.
2) Economy- a strong and diverse economy with a thriving banking, IT manufacturing, CPG, retail, nonprofit, healthcare sector. Please note, due to the current oil price dip, the oil industry is going through a cyclical downturn. Hopefully, it should be seeing growth soon. Canada also enjoys very strong bilateral trades with USA, giving it a strong market to keep its economy strong.
3) MBA and Employability - The MBA degree holds a lot of weightage especially. For international students when it comes to employment. Most business schools publish an annual employment and salary report, where 80-95% of the graduating class is placed within 3 months of graduation. A large percentage of these graduates have the opportunity to work in Canada because of a favorable work permit policy. Post Graduate Work Permit - as you can imagine, one of the key barriers for employers recruiting foreign graduates is sponsorship of the work permit. This barrier can significantly impact a student's financial wellbeing, dampen the student experience and sometimes cause unnecessary stress. BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications. Both these courses are Graduation level courses. The duration of both the courses is 3 years. BCA course is technical oriented, which is a computer related subjects or technical subjects. Student has good number of job opportunities in various IT companies soon after the completion of BCA course. BBA involves variety of subjects which are related to business and management oriented. These people can have job opportunities in all the business sectors. My sincere suggestion, is don't look for job opportunities soon after the completion of your graduation, whether it is BBA or BCA. Because, you will not be paid more, if you join in a job through Graduation as the highest academic qualification and in addition to this, the work load will be more. In some companies, hard core working activities will be alloted to these new joinees, who join soon after the completion of their graduation. I suggest you to choose the stream in which you are interested. If you join BCA, then go for MCA course later. In contrast to this, if you join BBA, then go for MBA course and try for job opportunities on the basis of post-graduation as the highest level of academic qualification.
