Bachelor of Computer Application is a regular three years course that is offered by many colleges in almost every city of India. This course is of course approved by the concerned universities in its content. There is also a system in place in each university to review and change the syllabus as per the requirement. At some places it's divided into six semesters while in some cases annual pattern is still followed. On the other hand "ethical hacker's course" is offered by dozens of computer learning that have mushroomed everywhere. Then this course is neither regulated by any statutory body nor is it regulated by industry body or association. At some places about 50 hours of learning makes one certified ethical hacker while in some institutions it takes up to 200 hours of learning. For a person who is enrolled for BCA, this hacker's course can be anytime without any trouble absolutely. It can be done online, by weekly classes, etc. As it is not a course conducted as per university norm, it can definitely be taken up simultaneously with BCA.

It's #2 in the industry behind Salesforce (which has never been profitable), and it's half the price of Salesforce. There are a lot of other pros over Salesforce it has. Not the least of which is the ease of use to administrate and configure, as well as extend beyond its capabilities via the CRM's SDK.
It's a platform that is not only in high demand, but has very little in the way of expertise on its use in the development community. Which means it's still a niche. You may or may not want to add it to your repertoire by itself. But it's definitely something to get to know as another tool in your bag of expertise.
