Yes, you can pursue B.Ed after BCA. The admission to B. Ed. is through the entrance exam conducted by the states and institutions for the intake of students. Generally, the admission test is conducted in the month of May or June.

Learning a skill does not require a compulsory background. The most interesting thing about learning how to code and software development is that anybody can do it despite their subjects. If you are willing to learn and determined then it will be easier to learn C+ and Software development.
You should start with a basic programming language i.e. C or Java before learning C+. It would help you get a basic idea of a programming language and build logics. Switching to another language would be quite easy if you have learnt a programming language. There would be just the difference of syntax and use of certain methods.

Hi,
The basic eligibility for admission to BCA is a pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from any recognised board of education with English as a subject of study. Some colleges prefer students from science stream or who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level.

In India, there are plenty good institutes are available in Game design and development. I would advise to take a course from India join somewhere. Over the years, after have experience then you may move to abroad if more options are there.
