To become a windows/software developer, you must go for B.Tech because in BCA, you will not be able to learn core computer engineering. You must have an excellent command over coding-decoding and other stuff which you can only learn in B.Tech. For reference, go and check the syllabus and course structure of B.Tech and BCA and compare between the two. You will get the answer by your own.

After completing B.Tech you have lots of course optins, if you have interest in management then you should go for MBA and if you have interest in technology then you should go for M.Tech.
