Dear Gautam,
To become a windows/software developer, you must go for B.Tech because in BCA, you will not be able to learn core computer engineering. You must have an excellent command over coding-decoding and other stuff which you can only learn in B.Tech. For reference, go and check the syllabus and course structure of B.Tech and BCA and compare between the two. You will get the answer by your own.

Lot of courses coming up for IT. There's a special IT/systems course itself in many colleges. But you can also go for digital marketing , big data and business support courses for MBA.

Hello Cehtan,
After completing B.Tech you have lots of course optins, if you have interest in management then you should go for MBA and if you have interest in technology then you should go for M.Tech.
