You may have to appear in Engineering Entrance examinations such as JEE, UPSEE etc to seek admission in B.Tech IT. Different universities conduct their own entrance examination for B.Sc IT. You may able to seek admission in Diploma in IT directly based on your 10th score in Polytechnics.

I would recommend you to pursue MCA through correspondence and start working or even start as an intern after BCA because if you start working after BCA, 3 years work ex as compared to MCA will be more beneficial.

First of all there is difference between a worker and professional.
By your profile you are a professional and not a worker. If you want to be a skilled worker please join ITI or a vocational course.
Now coming to e-MBA an executive MBA opted in a part time only is good. There is no MBA offered in CRM as CRM is just a part of syllabus. Now you have not clarified whether you are using CRM application, want to be a developer or the person maintaining same or something like that or you are in operational role.
In any case, you may opt MBA in marketing in part time mode from a good institute in your area which will definitely add value.

BCA is a three-year undergraduate degree. It's more suitable for students who love programming and are interested in becoming a software engineer. This degree is at the same level as B.Tech or BE degree in in computer science or IT.
Scope: There's always the option to complete Masters after your BCA. You can also complete Masters in IT (M.Sc IT) and if you get the hang of coding then you might want to develop your coding skills and become a Web Developer (web developers are in-demand nowadays) the other option is to go for Cisco Networking certifications such as CCNP and/or CCNA which gives your career a massive boost if you cleared bot
