You can get MCA degree from many colleges but I am afraid that percentage in UG is too low to appear for MCA entrance exam like NIMCET.
If you belong to the reserved category then you may have some chance.

You need to complete PG in the area in which you intend to pursue M.Phil.
Since you have done MCA, you can pursue M.Phil in a field related to computer application only.

First of all, your career should not be depending on the scope or want list in the field. All you should have is passion. If you're passionate then scope doesn't matter. Follow your passion.
Secondly, when it comes to the IT field, not only developers have work. If he has built something then you people should be there to check if everything is alright. You need commitment and passion to become a successful tester.

These days a large number of engineers are unemployed. Hence it's essential that one must think of those courses which will give better chances of employment. I feel that B.Sc with computers and game designing or web designing will get you job. Go ahead.
