Every university has its own syllabus for BCA. Generally all universities have C++, Java and .NET courses in their syllabus.

if you are doing your 12th from private you can take nay subjects which help you to clear 12th with good marks.

Don't worry.Actually your state rank is not so good, so you have to wait for 3rd round.After that 4th round is also there.but dont worry u will definitely get a college according to your need.
