its a misconception, there is hardly any difference between the syllabus of computer Science and information technology. as far as job opportunities are concerned, they have nearly equal job opportunities.

Of course it is possible to get a job with an A+ certification. It is also possible to get a job with no certification at all. The question you're really asking is if it is possible to get a job with an A+ certification that you wouldn't have gotten without that credential. The answer to that is also 'of course'. There is certainly a job opening out there (probably dozens of them, actually), where the hiring manager would pass on a candidate with no job experience or certifications. but would accept one that had no job experience but that does have an A+ certification.

As a course of Animation and VFX is good combination after you have done your B.TECH in IT as you would have core knowledge about different softwares so it would be beneficial for the long run in your career as well and it would add the extra feather in your cap.
