IIIT Sri City is known for its flagship programme of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in the B.Tech program. The cutoff range for the CSE branch of the B.Tech programme is 13902 to 18513 in the JoSAA Counselling. Cutoff for ECE will be nearly 29000. This year the expected cutoff can be between 7700 to 27000 based on JEE main.The students should write JEE Mains exam to get admission into the college. Based on the percentiles the ranks will be given and the college will take the admissions based on the rank. So nearly 98.5 percentile will be good percentile to get good rank according to the college cutoff.

Yes, B.Tech in Information Technology is available through VJTI. The most popular branch at VJTI for those looking for employment is IT. Currently, the highest package in Information Technology offered by a US company is 62LPA, and the typical package is roughly 16.74 LPA.

In 2021, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 11061. In 2022, it increased to 11939. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 21039 to 17644 for OBC, 101355 to 63830 for SC, 2524 to 116287 for ST, 13354 to 13938 for EWS, 639 to 471 for PWD.
