Numerous UG/PG courses are available to students at PIET, the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology. Analyzing the PIET fee structure, we find that the costs vary from 3.2 L to 3.9 L for undergraduate programs such as B.Tech. The fees for B.C.A. range from 1.4 to 1.5 L. Moreover, the fees for a B.B.A. are approximately 1.5–1.6 L. There are a plenty of additional courses available. You can check on the official PIET website whenever necessary. The only course offered by PIET for postgraduate programs is MBA. The MBA fee schedule is approximately 1.8 L. So, basically, PIET offers reasonable fees for the courses it offers.

The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) at Panjab University, Chandigarh, offers B.Tech placements with an average package of around 8.89 LPA and the highest package around 45 LPA. The institute has a good infrastructure, including well-equipped classrooms, labs, libraries, and hostel facilities. The placement scenario is average, with most companies predominantly favoring IT and CSE branches. However, there are exceptions like L&T, which recruit for core branches like Mechanical. ECE students also receive decent exposure based on the nature of placements. The institute has a unique distinction of having been awarded TEQIP-II and TEQIP-III, DIC, DBT-Builder Grant, and Feast Grant by the Government of India, besides funding a large number of Research Projects and consultancy projects. The faculty of UIET has many patents to its credit, along with many others already in the pipeline.
