Candidate must have studied Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies with 45 percent marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. I couldn’t find any information about B.Tech. in Bio Medical Engineering being offered at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Of Engineering And Technology (DYPIET). However, Dr. D Y Patil Biotechnology & Bioinformatics Institute offers B.Tech and M.Sc programs in the allied fields of healthSciencesuch as Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Data Science, Food Technology and Biomedical Engineering under the School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
