Ramachandran international Institute of management is one of the best management college in Pune, Maharashtra. RIIM Pune has curriculum called employability. In this employability students are given different opportunities for learning and building there knowledge and personality. They provide 500+ ADVANCED EMPLOYABILITY & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (AELDP) where they with upon Enhancing English Spoken & Written Ability, Comprehensive Aptitude training & testing, IT Skills Development, Placement Readiness Training (Rigorous Mock Group Discussions and Personal Interviews with Industry Expert Panellists), Leadership Lab, Corporate Launchpad, Student Committees and Functional Clubs
Apart from that they provide 100+ guest lecture,
16+ industrial visit, National and regional outbound tours to places like Goa, manali, coorg and leh ladakh. Where MBA students get one trip and PGDM student get 2 trips.

I don't know about Jaipuria Institute of Management, however Being LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU for the MBA course. LPU is known for its MBA. LPU provides quality education, with great scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities. Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation, Mittal School of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institutions in India, as per NIRF ranking 2021. LPU is the only university that has tie-ups with leading companies. For example MBA (Business Analytics) in tie-up with WileyNXT, MBA (Financial Markets) in tie-up with NSE, MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics) in tie-up with safeducate. The placements are 100%, and students have special placement-oriented classes that serve as a booster for students to clear the exam and interview. Companies like Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Adani Wilmar, Altruist, Al-Rakha, and Dharam Consultancy selected LPU students for International locations. The highest package availed is 21 LPA.

Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies which selected the fresh talent. Moreover the total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 300+ MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 80+ this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 52.11 LPA was offered by TOP Company.
