Hey there,
As interior designing is a creative field, you become a PRO only after you have a nice experience and of course, you never stop learning in line of design world.
Once you are done with your Certification/Diploma/Bachelors Degree course in interior designing, it's not necessary that you get the job right after that.
Also, it totally depends on the kind of plan you have for yourself whether you wish to do some kind of specialisation in the design field or you just are planning to go ahead covering all fields in general or you wish to apply your theoretical knowledge in the practical world and learn more through it.

It depends on your interest. If you have good command over technical knowledge then you must go for interior designing. MBA, you can pursue this course after gaining some work experience in your technical field. MBA is more valuable when a person has work experience. Another advantage is you will get to know which specific stream/discipline you need to select in MBA. Going for MBA without work experience will not be a good option if you have a chance to work in the field of which you have studied for last 4 years. As per me, MBA after 1-2 years of work experience in the interior designing field would be a good option.
