Dear Divya,
You might not be able to go for a degree course if you wish to do something in one year. You may go for a diploma course or certification course in interior desiging.

Dear aaisha,
Both are different field with different prospect and scope . I would not recommend you to proceed.You should choose the programme according to your future planning , don't put your legs in two boats.
But you like creative field more than b.com than you would go interior degree as full time and b.com as distance mode from different University.
