Don't just go keeping salary in the mind because the above-mentioned specialisation is special in its own. Shazia what will be your salary after MBA depends on 3 factors:
1) From where you are doing your MBA (means reputation & recognition of institutions)
2) How you are doing your MBA (means your complete academic background & extra circular activities)
3) To which company you are going to interview (means how globally is that company or how much company can spend on you) and
4) Your specialisation (means how much your specialty is in the market demand) as you asked. Keeping these 4 factors in the mind I want to suggest you that don't just go to specialisation but keep concern for your complete MBA profile. This will definitely help you to grab desired salary package.
Now coming to your question. If you really want to do MBA in marketing go for IIM-A, B, C or FMS or ISB and no one apart from these. For HR, go to ISB and SP Jain and for IB go for IIFT. I know the answer is too long but I hope you find this helpful. For any query! feel free to ask me anytime.

Your desired program do not match with your education and work profile which will be a concern for the universities and also both the programs are entirely different. Also every program has different admission requirements. The best thing for you to do at this phase is to check the program outcomes and program curriculum of these programs on university websites, see what interests you and matches your career plans closely. Remember you must also explain the universities why you are choosing a specific course so know what you want.
