Hi Avishek,
One of my cousins studied in the institute and passed out last year, he is now placed in UK. Since, I also plan on settling outside, I'm even considering taking admission next year. According to him, they provide excellent industry knowledge, something which I have experienced first-hand whenever I have met him. So, yeah, I think, INLEAD is a good college for business management and international placement.

Both, MBA IB and Finance have good scope and career opportunities. You can do either based on your interests, personality and basic educational qualifications. If you have good numerical ability with commerce / science/ engineering background then finance can be good option. Marketing is good if you have good sales skills and extrovert personality.
Salary is not dependent on specialization but more on ranking of B-School and past placement record of students of college from which you graduate.

You will get post study work permit equal to the duration of your course. So if your course duration is one year, you can't stay for two years.
