Hi,
It doesn't matter if you do it even from a top institute because you are not working. You should do it only if you are employed and have around 2 years of work experience. Fully online MBA is not allowed as UGC has banned it. You may go for the following institutes:
Pondicherry University,
Anna University,
Bharati Vidyapeeth,
Kurukshetra University,
University of Madras.
Do not opt for any private university and universities from Rajasthan, north India, Bengal and north east states including Sikkim. Always prefer a part time program.

There is no such thing as best specialization in MBA. Every course is special in its own way. What matters is your interest and from which institute you are doing your MBA.

Hi Avishek,
One of my cousins studied in the institute and passed out last year, he is now placed in UK. Since, I also plan on settling outside, I'm even considering taking admission next year. According to him, they provide excellent industry knowledge, something which I have experienced first-hand whenever I have met him. So, yeah, I think, INLEAD is a good college for business management and international placement.
