Salary is not dependent on specialization but more on ranking of B-School and past placement record of students of college from which you graduate.

You will get post study work permit equal to the duration of your course. So if your course duration is one year, you can't stay for two years.

Placements : The college has a separate placement wing which incorporates all the current placement records. You may please visit NSBs website at: http://www.nsbindia.org/ which has all its latest placement record details, kindly go through them.
