You can most certainly pursue an MBA /PGDM (IB) after earning a BBA from a recognised university. The minimal requirements are graduation (in any stream) plus meeting the requirements of the relevant institution. To qualify for the scholarship, you must have a high cumulative grade point average (CGPA) or percentage since many institutions now offer financial aid based on prior academic performance. Yes, Fanshawe College is located in the London in Ontario. They provide the post graduate Certificate in the international business management. The fee for international student is $ 15081 and duration is 30 weeks. On the other hand, Fanshawe also offers project management graduate Certificate.
