You can directly call the university to know the exact cut off and admission process, as it is a private university, you don't need to worry about cut-offs. You can easily get admission in MIT, Pune.

You can most certainly pursue an MBA /PGDM (IB) after earning a BBA from a recognised university. The minimal requirements are graduation (in any stream) plus meeting the requirements of the relevant institution. To qualify for the scholarship, you must have a high cumulative grade point average (CGPA) or percentage since many institutions now offer financial aid based on prior academic performance.
