The comparison between AIMS IBS and IIBS recruiter engagement and salary offer by the companies follow the segregation as shown in the following table. The average salary range of students placed at AIMS IBS is INR 4.5 to 6 Lacs per annum, however, students are offered the highest salary through Campus recruitment through sectors like Banking finance and Insurance and Consulting. Conversely, I read, IIBS generally offers an average salary package of INR 4-5 Lakhs, and the students get placed about 80-85% of the times. Although both institutions provide fairly good industry exposure, however, recruiters list in IIBS maybe larger in size

Although its rank might differ depending on the source and criteria, IIBS Bangalore is one of the best private business schools in India, mainly in the south. It can never be compared with the likes of IIMs or ISB, but in most aspects, be it student satisfaction, quality of faculty, or interface with the industry, IIBS continues to go about things in the same manner. IIBS stands unique for hands-on learning, placements, and overall growth in the management education sector. Rankings may change year after year, so check the latest sources would be a good idea.

IIBS Bangalore placements for BBA (Hons.) in Finance are good, since many industries have strong links with the institute. Student placement is mainly into all top financial firms, banks, consulting companies, and MNCs. The college conducts placement support by regular training and workshops along with the interaction of the industry. Besides, it enhances skills for better employability of students; however, the result depends on individual performance, internships, and networking. While the placement rate is pretty impressive, students who have been involved in campus activities and internships tend to receive better job offers.

There are several steps involved in IIBS Bangalore's *BBA program* admissions process. Candidates must have completed their *10+2 from an approved school with *a* grade of 50% or above for candidates in the general category and 45% or higher for those in the reserved category. Candidates must complete the online application and submit it with the needed supporting documentation. The next steps in the procedure include a *personal interview*, *group discussion*, and *an admission exam administered by the institute*. Eligible candidates are chosen based on their general profile, PI/GD performance, test results, and academic record.

BCAs at IIBS Bangalore are generally *okay* because it specifically tries to fill the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical field. Though the placement figures may not be very high, as that of the top colleges in the competition, most students have the placement in *IT companies and startups* and *software development profile*. Here, there is a specific *placement cell*, equipped with training, internship, and interview preparation for the students. Others do higher studies or, some even resort to entrepreneurship. Average salary is usually middle of the road, and has scope for growth with regard to skills and experience.
