, internship is going to be in a organization, it's not about a trip or tour. Usually internships are either paid in places like Coca-Cola, idbi fed, banks etc

All the courses are unique in IPE.
The major difference is that in PGDM you will be taught basics of all the specializations in the first year and later on u have to choose an dual specialization of your wish ,whereas in BIF / IB you will be focused to respective subjects to the core

Average package is 5.12 lakhs

then the total students going for placements will be arround 540. How come its 290? Sorry to ask this but im little bit confused

Both PGDM GEN & PGDM HRM are unique courses
In PGDM you will have basics of all the specializations are taught in the first year and in the second year you have choose dual specialization of your wish whereas in PGDM HRM you will be learning core part of HRM only
So now I think I have given gist of both the courses so choose your best

Yes some of the companies like delloite,ITC . Select students from internship and offer them final placements
