Admission is mainly dependent on your rank. So, the better you score, better are your chances of getting admission here. I have many batchmates from outside Delhi, so it's not very tough. Do check last year's cut offs to see what rank students were given admission in VIPS.

There is only one college that offers biotechnology programme in GGSIPU, and it is the main University itself. B.Tech Biotech is offered only by School of Biotechnology, located in main campus of Dwarka. No other affiliated college offers the course, I presume.

If you wish to pursue a 5-year law course then you must choose that as UG. Also, you might choose a 3-year law course as well.
Also, you may choose LLM as PG if you wish to pursue Masters. These categories depend on your qualifications and eligibility.

It depends entirely on the college and shift you are targeting. Generally, a rank of 7000 something is enough to get computer Science in any of the decent colleges of IPU.

IP University has considerable amount of colleges affiliated with it. So, if one clears IPU CET, they get enrolled either in the main campus of Dwarka or any one of the affiliated colleges.

IP University is the one which collects the question paper after the end of the exam. So, it is not possible for anyone to provide previous year question papers.
